These differ from the rules that hold nationally — they are the ones that catch out drivers who studied another state’s handbook.
1. In Michigan, a person under 21 may not drive with:
- AOnly a BAC of 0.10 or more

- Any bodily alcohol content

2. Michigan's adult per-se OWI alcohol content threshold is generally:
- A0.02 grams or more per 100 ml of blood
- B0.05 grams or more per 100 ml of blood
- 0.08 grams or more per 100 ml of blood
- D0.10 grams or more per 100 ml of blood
