1. In Alabama, a person under 21 may not drive or be in actual physical control of a vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration of:

Answer: 0.02% or more. Alabama Code §32-5A-191(b) provides that a person under the age of 21 shall not drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle if there is 0.02 percent or more by weight of alcohol in his or her blood.

2. For an Alabama driver 21 or older, it is unlawful to drive with a BAC of:
- A0.10% or more
- B0.02% or more
- C0.05% or more

Answer: 0.08% or more. Alabama Code §32-5A-191 makes it unlawful to drive or be in actual physical control of a vehicle with 0.08 percent or more by weight of alcohol in the blood.
