Answer: Need not stop. Louisiana R.S. 32:80(C)(1) provides that the driver of a vehicle upon a highway with separate roadways need not stop upon meeting or passing a school bus which is on a different roadway (with a further rule that a one-lane-each-way road with a dedicated two-way left-turn lane is not treated as divided for this purpose).
